The fact of the matter is one man - Comey - decided Hillary's ass didn't need to be in jail for mishandling classified information. One very corrupt, very stupid man decided to interject "intent" into a law that is utterly bereft of "intent". How very odd there are dozens of people in the military sitting in stockades, brigs, et cetera for violating the same law as Hillary, where the "intent" was never brought up. At least one is rotting in prison for the heinous crime of taking a selfie at the wrong time, in the wrong place. Damn funny "intent" didn't matter in that case. I have to laugh when you say no commission has proffered charges against Hillary. A rapist refusing to testify against a murderer is hardly virtue personified.
