People who hold these views should rethink lecturing anyone on morality.

Most arguments in defense of abortion is void of logic.

Is "partial birth abortion" where the baby is aborted while partly out of the womb? Or something like that?

Being farmers I feel we are a step ahead of most people who are solely dependent on others to provide for themselves. But even farmers rely on others to an extent. Hell even the guy who lived in Alaska by himself all those years and built himself a cabin had someone to fly in supplies every once in a while.
But because a baby in the mother's body is dependent on the mother and can't exist without her it's life is disregarded.
And so I ask, how many people are truly independent?

That arguement doesn't apply at all to partial birth abortion though. The procedure litterally has the mother give birth to a viable baby, but kills it halfway through the process. It as stressful for the mother's body as regular birth. More so, actually, as this is done in a breech presentation so the head is the last part to come out, so the child doesn't "take a breath" which is the legal "line" in many states. It has no medical benefits for the mother. And the child could survive outside the mother's body.
But that particular procedure has been illegal for quite some time, and I don't think any politician (even pelosi) actively supports it. So it's not really a relevant topic of discussion.
