Toronto gun did not come from the US. Paris has had multiple mass shooting, not to mention areas so awash with violent crime that even police only go there to pick up bodies and in full combat gear. On top of that, they have been in top terror alert for over two years, and military with fully automatic weapons guarding tourist areas, synagogues, and churches during mass. They are awash with guns and crime, and are an indication what Toronto is going to be in 10-15 years. Meanwhile the safest US cities - safer than Toronto, and definitely safer than Paris - are cities with highest concentration of citizens with CCWs, while the "daily mass shootings" are a myth believed only by idiots.
