I love the cognitive dissonance here.

I never said exporting jobs doesnt cost jobs. What I said was importing foreign labor does the same AND strains our infrastructure. "IN ADDITION TO costing U.S. citizens jobs", you might want to brush up on your reading comprehension.
I'd also like to point out that exporting jobs (rather than importing workers) is actually more moral, since foreign countries where labor is cheap, tend to have a lower cost of living, so those workers are likely to be able to support themselves on low wages in those foreign countries. Imported cheap labor is unlikely to be able to support themselves on low wages while living in this country.

You're referring to the mythical "Jobs American won't do" a phrase that in and of itself is classist and exploitive. It implies that bussinesses are entitled to a cheaper, more exploitable class of worker. I find it ammusing that the same party that talks about the greed of businesses turns around and regularly argues that business need cheap exploitable workers.
If farmers could not access cheap (often illegal) labor, they would eventually be forced to offer wages that would attract domestic workers (and possibly be forced to improve working conditions). I often hear liberald claim that any business that cannot pay a living wage has no right to exist.
