It's a great time in this country.

It won't last. If Trump has done anything he's shown politicians they can break free and make changes no one would have tried before. The minute Dems have control again they'll take away the lifetime appointment and make it possible to fire/retire a supreme court justice. Then when republicans are in charge they'll change it. That's all anyone ever does. Undo the last guy and enforce your ideals until the next guy replacess them with his. It's all redundant and not one of them cares about the people they are supposed to represent.

It would take a 2/3 majority to impeach Kavanaugh. Not going to happen. Dems will huff and puff and ruin his name some more but he's there for life. Our government was designed to prevent the scenario you've described.

Executive orders aren't real legislation. After Nov 6 expect real legislation to be enacted.

Unless Dems get off their bums and vote, you're correct. But even that... eventually Dems will control and when they do they'll change everything. So will repubs. It's a seesaw that never ever ever ever ever ever helps anyone that's not them. To see what's happening here in this particular game, you have to go back to Gore. It'll take time but this will come to an end. They'll just keep undoing each other's orders and we will all keep paying for it. They're rich. They're not losing anything. They, none of them, are laughing at each other. They're laughing at all of us because we have the power to end it but apparently we'd rather pat ourselves on the back for dividing the country into teams instead of fighting together for what is right. We fight...they get richer. But...I'm glad republicans think their team just won and Dems think their team lost. It's the stupidest thing we do and it's what causes the majority of Americans to work two full time jobs and still not make enough to pay their congressmen, senators and president their percentage and have enough left for food and clothes. But... congratulations on "winning" a game played against your team mates. Maybe you can take the cheerleaders out back and rape them now.

Every year since the rich started buying governments and just like there's always been someone on a street corner warning us of the impending end of the world, there's always someone saying they're living during a revolution. No one that's survived an actual revolution brags about all of their dead friends, neighbors and family members. Especially since they died in vain. It's a cycle...repeats no matter what. You know Trump ran before 2016, right? You know several presidents were businessmen, right? It's all been done over and over and over again. We've been stuck in a time loop since long before our ancestors murdered the indigenous people and claimed they discovered the land. You have to go waaaaaaaaaaay back to see the whole picture. If you're not one of the top one percent you are a slave just like the rest of us. Step back. Dig deeper. Assume everything everyone has ever told you was a manipulation. News has always lied. Find the truth. There's no revolution that'll help anyone but the rich if the government is involved. Whether you like it or not...trump is government. He won't be asking anyone whose side anyone was on. You saw Sophie's Choice? You're just as dead as I am if he is a revolutionary. History always repeats and nothing is permanent. In the end the only thing that you can count on is progress. Progress is the will of the people. Politics is just a lazy greedy man's way of getting rich. Always was. Always will be. Trump is no more important than any president ever has been except Lincoln and Kennedy. If a president gets assassinated it's because he effected, or tried to, real change. There's nothing changing here. Even his stolen sloagan is proof he doesn't want change.

That's the life their parents chose. His starting salary is $225,000 a year. With bribes and kickbacks that makes Daddy a billionaire by the time they inherit. I think his kids will be fine. I'm worried about your kids and my kids. While we work our asses off to pay his wages, and for his multiple pensions, along with everyone else in any government position, our kids do without. There are MILLIONS of OUR kids... he's got two. I feel sorry for the kids that didn't get to eat breakfast or lunch. I'm not worried about little girls that are wearing dresses that cost enough to feed a multitude of those hungry kids. Those girls are set for life.
