You know, I've recently found the "Lazy Millennial" stereotype to be really rather inaccurate and kind of stupid.
All of the millennials I know have to work three jobs full-time to be able to afford a run-down apartment that only recently got working electricity while the baby boomers complaining about the "lazy millennials" received a bucket full of cash as soon as they graduated college, got a ridiculously well-paying job where they didn't even have to really do anything, bought a massive house, and retired at 60 surrounded by people to jerk off their egos for the rest of their lives.
Sorry for the hyperbole, but this is my experience.
So yeah, your plan to "hire a dozen millennials to hide in your bushes and vape" won't work, 'cos unless you're paying them a whole lot of money, the only millennials who have that kind of time are the ones with rich parents who buy them everything, and they won't be interested.
