I agree with the categorization, but I don't think "my truth" is a subset of truth, but a perception that is as flawed as my ability to interpret reality. What is real - is truth. Someone who talks about "my truth" is not always talking about what is real; hence, "my truth" is often "my lie".

Social Justice describes a subset of the term "justice" (see Octavia's comment) whereas "my truth" is more indicative of "my opinion of how things ought to be". Both are irritating terms when used by the wrong people for the wrong reasons, so I can empathize with your frustration.
