I missed it - how/what did she change?
reply
4 ups, 1 reply
Rachel Mitchel was that lady that was interviewing Ford for the republicans. During her questioning she would regularly point out that Ford would submit a statement and a few days later she would change the details. One of those instances was her polygraph.

She took the polygraph, passed it, and then later on changed details of her answers and testimony from that polygraph test. (Very suspicious. How do you change details of something that you supposedly already told the truth about?)

What Rachel Mitchel showed was that Ford has repeatedly changed her story throughout this process. She also showed during her brief questioning of Kavanaugh that he has kept the same stance and story from day one.

The public may not understand this significance, but Rachel Mitchel has essentially proven Kavanaughs innocence in the eyes of the senate. Clearly Ford's statements aren't credible and to make it worse all of her supposed witnesses Denied her claims.

Kavanaugh will go to a vote for Supreme Court Justice.

Ford writes letter to Feinstein claiming she was assaulted >> they agreed to keep it confidential >> reporters start showing up at her house and work asking about the sexual assault >> news articles are written >> Dems demand an FBI investigation based on news articles.

Hmm sounds familiar to something I've talked about before. Something about a FISA Warrant...

"The CIA and FBI would tell reporters information about Trump that wasn't true. >> Reporters would write news articles about the false information that painted a bad picture of Trump >> FBI would then cite the news articles as reasons that Trump needed to be investigated >> very illegal"

It's getting too obvious if you ask me. They need a new playbook.

How was there illegal voting in the 2016 elections? How would that even work? Did someone sneak into the polling place and yoink a ballot off the table while no one was looking?

I know of one woman who was convicted of voting for Trump twice, but, you know, that's because we have procedures to prevent people voting illegally...

His very own Commission on Voter Fraud found nothing, and thus was disbanded
reply

If it's not real then what's the problem with a voter ID? It will just help ensure voting stays legit.
1 up
Because not everyone has a driver's license or gov't job ID or such. Especially poorer folks from rural areas. Hence "wasn't your plan" that was referred to by xeeeg.

They should issue them at birth like any other country.
1 up
There's no problem with voter ID as long as everyone who should have an ID gets one. Oh, but that wasn't your plan, was it?

I completely agree with you xeeeg. It should be easy and accessible. Easier than a driving license.

And there should be someone carding at voting booths.

Because there were illegals voting. And they have no right to vote. They don't even have the right to live here, let alone vote.

There's a reason democrats don't want voters ID laws.

reply

Actually, there were. There was an unheard of turnout for both of Obama's voting terms. A turnout that was so large illegals had to have something to do with it. Just because your little liberal power trip won't allow you to admit that you lied and cheated doesn't mean it didn't happen.

That cult is great for some people, I must have a target on my head. All of the worst people in my life were all Mormon. Thieves, adulterers, embezzlers, pedophiles, world class hypocrites.
reply
3 ups, 1 reply
It's not a cult. It's a global Christian church with the same authority and organization pattern as the New Testament church.
I don't know what experiences you had. But the best people in my life have been Latter-day Saints. Hard workers with honest integrity, committed to living the law of chastity and abiding by the Sermon on the Mount.
Some Church members have been hypocrites, yes. What organization hasn't had hypocrites? The Church is not a hangout of perfect people. It's a hospital for spiritually sick people. But it's got better "medicine" than anywhere else in the world.

Oh, I see what's going on. You were born and raised in the Church, got offended over something, and cut yourself off once you entered adulthood. And for a quarter century, you've carried a strong bitterness with you. Twenty-six years is plenty of time to cloud and darken one's memories. So you throw insults at the Church whenever the opportunity comes up.
If you ever humble your mind and soften your heart, Christ's mercy is still available to you. Like Oliver Cowdery and William W. Phelps, you can be re-baptized. And you can work towards going to the temple.
reply
3 ups, 2 replies
Rereading your comment - I see what's going on here.... You think you're going to save me from my heathen life outside the church. I got the same heathen treatment from my own family for years.

I don't drink, I don't smoke, I don't go to titty bars, I still give to charity (definitely not Deseret Industries), I still help those in need. I still believe in god, just not the one you're selling. I avoid organized religion like a plague. I won't be re-baptized because it doesn't wash off other peoples sins, and that's not how it's supposed to work anyway (Ephesians 4:4-5). I did enough baptisms-for-the-dead in enough temples to last a lifetime (my last temple baptism was St. George Utah).

The longer you engage me, the more dirty laundry I'm going to drag out. I can start naming names - wouldn't that be fun? The statute of limitations on my molestation expired 11 years ago - but I'm willing to drag his name through the mud.

reply

No, I was molested by someone in the church, who is still considered an upstanding member of the priesthood. Later I was robbed by a missionary right before he went home. Another embezzled from my dads company. Of course, reporting any of these things was discouraged by other members of the church, because forgiveness...

After I left, the stalking began. Bills for tithe. The church even sent a guy who I recognized as the bartender at a golf course I did work for. It only stopped a few years ago. 26 years? No, that's a monster that chases you.

There is more... My life in the Mormon church was hell.

The problem is, the left already found him guilty without an investigation. Now that the FBI did an investigation and didn’t find any evidence to support the accusations they still say he’s guilty. They could investigate him 100 times for 10 years without finding any evidence and the left would still find him guilty.

Kavanaugh can't call for an investigation! It can only be investigated by the police department with jurisdiction over the location where the alleged crime was committed.

He can't call for an investigation and Ford has so far chosen not to take her claims to the police with jurisdiction. Kavanaugh can ONLY proclaim his innocence. When the mob is screaming at you, you must scream back.

Yes you're right. Burden of proof is on the accuser. The problem is no one in congress or the media seems to think this and is automatically assuming this is true, flipping the tables, calling for another "FBI investigation" which would not accomplish anything.

And ironically, I had just heard while casually listening to a Fox News take on this that on the first hearing he had he was "wooden" and "robotic". So no matter what he does, he will always be criticized. To that I say f**k off. You will never be satisfied.

The FBI investigates federal crimes, which the allegations do not rise to. Maryland has no statute of limitations. If there is to be an investigation, it rests with the police who have jurisdiction at the location of the alleged crime.
reply
2 ups, 1 reply
If you listened to the hearing, you should have heard them talking repeatedly about how the WH would normally reopen the background check, the FBI would gather evidence and hand it to Congress. 302's I think they're called. Several times this was clarified. trump said the FBI didn't want to, that was a lie. trump said it's not really their(FBI) thing, that was also a lie.
reply
1 up, 1 reply
The FBI has no jurisdiction to investigate non-federal crimes. It doesn't matter how you spin it, the FBI has no jurisdiction.

Who are they supposed to interview anyway? All of Ford's witnesses already gave statements that contradict her testimony. She gave no evidence, no witnesses, no crime scene location, no date - nothing. There is nothing for them to follow up on anyway.

She and her lawyers have chosen not to take it to Maryland Police, where jurisdiction resides.

She said anyone from MauiOnion to DJFox to 1Redshoe to a crap ton of others are all me.

My tagline points out that for a time I was Jack_Henoff, which, if you check, has been inactive since I returned to my original account, Modda.

She's accused both accounts at first encounters of being BlackAttack, used to call me JackAttack or Black_Henoff sometimes.

Who's the man behind the accounts?
That meme indicates who she thinks I/we/every guy who disagrees with her here is.
HINT: It's someone she knew IRL, hence the "In love part"
She ain't in love with me, she knows nothing of me outside of you all see here. She thinks I'm someone from her past, which you wouldn't believe.

Whatever you do, never tell her anything personal, give her you FB, nothing. She used that to blackmail her fellow alt right trolls, RenegadeSith, Ninja 2016, Tetsuowrath, and who knows who else, out of here when they finally bumped heads with her schizoaffective paranoid psychosis. Before you joined, they used to collectively downvote the heck out of anyone that disagreed with them, made regular trolls look like cub scouts. One person said he had 1.5 HOUR wait time between comments because of them once. Others, like me, would get 7 - 20 minutes or so. That's why I came up with Jack, so he can be their target while Modda stuck to fun memes.
