This is the biggest nothing exchange I've yet had here. Even the trolls at least are entertaining and are making some sort of point.

So let me guess.. The 12 million bottles of water and supplies that the governor of Puerto Rico kept from the people and left to rot ..thats Trump's fault too.. Right..
1 up, 6y
How could that be Trump's fault when it's fake news? ;p “The job that FEMA and law enforcement and everybody did, working along with the governor in Puerto Rico, I think was tremendous. I think that Puerto Rico was an incredible, unsung success" -Trump

The man watches TV constantly and has historic levels of golf vacations. Not sure who you think is running the White House, but it's not Donald Trump.

He already abdicated his role as commander-in-chief. He doesn't even want to be President.

Wouldn't an emperor want to be commander-in-chief? Kinda hard to expand your empire when you're not head of your army.
1 up, 6y
That article is that is premised on an opinion.
Not that that necassarily invalidates its position, but Trump constantly talks about strengthening the military, then there's the military parade in his name he wanted. The base would counter that that and his aggressive stance on foreign speaks otherwise. He has also referred to it as his military. That's hardly the mark of abdication.

With all the good that has happened since he was elected.. I don't care how much golf he plays.. If it help make this country better than it was.. Play on...

Other things you apparently don't care about:

- he repeatedly cheated on his wife and lied to you about it.
- he broke campaign finance law to cover it up.
- many of his friends and associates have been convicted and/or plead guilty to a range of crimes.
- he has probably committed multiple financial crimes himself, including helping Russians launder money into his real estate holdings. See: won't release tax returns.

He's a liar, almost certainly a criminal, and very possibly a traitor to the United States of America, owned by Russian oligarchs. But you don't care, because MAGA. Fantastic.

You are so right.. I don't give two flips of a wooden nickel about his personal life and if he cheated on his spouse and did so dirty dealings in his business... I just know my country is doing better.. If people worried less about his personal life and more about their own... We would all be a little happier..

Please explain how terrible the country was under Obama and specifically how it is better under Trump. It must have been pretty horrible

Well let's see.. Tons of taxes that have been rolled back.. And because of that employers have been able to hire more people which created more work and more people could afford to spend money which in turn caused the housing market to go up.. That caused more construction jobs.. That's just a little bite..
Obama caused the worst racial divide in the country by making blacks folks believe they were victims of white privilege ,oppression and targets of police brutality..
Since Trump came into office.. The work force has grown, welfare is down.. Middle America has made a return.. The 1.2% GDP that Obama said we needed to get use to has grown more than triple..

1) There's been one tax cut. It's put a trillion dollar deficit on the books, the largest in history, and our children will have to pay for it. How much did your paycheck go up? I'm betting doodly-squat.
2) Race relations are better under Trump? I'd laugh, but it's too sad. Sounds to me like you're happy the president is white.
3) Obama had 4 quarters of growth over 4 percent.

Deficit is 804 billion not over a trillion.. Obama never had over 2% and even told everyone to get use to it because that was gonna be the norm.. And race relations has nothing to do with Trump.. He has 36% minority approval..
1 up, 6y,

So you're OK with an 804 billion dollar deficit. Did you know that conservatives used to be opposed to deficits? I know, weird, right?

I don't know which Fox News talking head has been filling your head with lies, but growth under Obama was over 4% a number of times. See chart. Link: https://tradingeconomics.com/united-states/gdp-growth

I see. Race relations have nothing to do with Trump, but Obama caused the worst racial divide in history.

I see. The black president was supposed to ignore major news stories about black people being profiled and shot in the streets of America. You're right, it was very divisive of him to not ignore those issues.
1 up, 6y
When and where did he do that, exactly? I've listened to lots of his speeches. I guess I missed those lines.
0 ups, 6y
A lot of it had to do with his defending of black folks doing wrong and bad things happening to them.. Found a article about it.. Gives most of the names in it.. https://www.thespectrum.com/story/opinion/2018/05/12/obama-divided-america/605309002/..its an opinion post but the names are the important part.. When he was calling out how they were done wrong and that it was because the color of their skin.. That was where it started.. Then it escalated from there and others took over..

This is not even fox news.. Check out this link.. https://money.cnn.com/gallery/news/economy/2017/01/06/obama-economy-10-charts-final/3.html.. It show every point you can think of order Obama
1 up, 6y
You're talking about annual GDP growth, not quarterly. The numbers that Trump is always bragging about are quarterly. We won't have annual growth data on Trump's term until after this year.

What... They were shot because they pulled guns on cops.. That is not profiling.. One of them was a known drug dealer.. And if you check the census on blacks shot by cops.. It counts for. 004%.. There are more black on black shootings in one day than by cops in a year...
1 up, 6y
And we're down to race. Funny how often it boils down to race with Trump supporters. Pure coincidence, I'm sure.
0 ups, 6y
Not down to race.. You asked how he caused racial divide.. Don't try to pull a race card on me.. That is pathetic...

"Four million jobs created since the election. That's unheard of. Nobody thought that was possible."

Source: Fundraiser for North Carolina Republican candidates

in fact: It is not true that nobody would have believed 3.9 million jobs could be added over this 20-month period. In the previous 20-month period, under Obama, 4.3 million jobs were added.

How many other US Presidents tried to troll their political opponents? All it does is make it impossible to reach bipartisan agreements.
