I mean.....I've been around longer than I care to admit. And I've NEVER seen a label like that on the top of any urinal! It's usually just the brand, stenciled into the porcelain on the front.

Yeah, I've seen labels exactly like that, but I don't think (not 100% sure) I've ever seen them on a urinal. Usually only on hand dryers, and maybe soap dispensers.
