That one is too far, and not even a little humorous, though I actualky have seen ones in that vein about conservatives.
Typically, unless It's about a specific issue, I consider memes that insult a party as a whole, just to be in jest. For instance, this wall one could easily have "liberals" replaced "conservatives", and still get tons of upvotes (just from different people). I am aware not all liberals (or conservatives) go on the attack. It was kind of meant as a throw away joke.
