3. When it came time for the Omnibus Bill, Trump stated it would be treated in accordance to the 5th Ammendment. Citing that it was race preferential and thus discriminatory, IS DEFUNDING IT.

These are the dates and approximate yields of all of North Korea's nuke tests to date. It is readily accessible and no, I did not copy and paste it.
