Smells like a new conspiracy theory coming up!I love Heavy Metal,and I never saw anything musically special in Eminem.I'd listen to Tupac and NWA over Eminem anyday as it goes for rap.But,as it goes for metal,there are so many beautiful and outwordly bands,like Iron Maiden,Black Sabbath,Judas Priest,Blind Guardian,Death(yep,that's the name of the band),Stratovarius,Gamma Ray,Queensryche,Candlemass,Burzum,Dissection,Overkill and much more of the eternal beauty known as metal!

What metal do you like?I can bet my ass it's Metallica,and maybe Megadeth.

Equilibrium - Snuffle.Some good stuff.I really don't know what genre would this be.Intro tells me Power Metal,riffs and solos tell me Thrash Metal,vocals tell me Black Metal and Death Metal,and it's all connected with prog-like drumming,keyobards and trumpets.In the end,a really tasty cocktail made out of Power,Thrash and Black Metal,all connected with symphonic/prog elements.

Korpiklaani - They're Finnish folk alright.The intro really reminded me of the intro for "I Want Out" by Helloween.If the violins were melodic guitars,I'd sound really Power Metal.Just like Equilibrium,a really nice sounding band.

And just for the record,this is my first time listening and hearing for both of these bands,and these songs are the only I've listened to for now.What for introducement :)

I know many metalheads who can break down songs like I did.Most of us think that these are basics,since we,metalheads,like to analyse what we listen to in as much detail as possible.And that just shows how rich,complex and genius metal is.I'll be sure to chech out these two Equilibrium songs

I like staic-x, soulfly, deftones. Bands like that. I don't know if that's exactly metal or just hard rock.

Deftones is Nu-Metal(some kind of mixture between rap and metal),Soulfly is Groove Metal(slower version of Thrash Metal),but it's mt first time hearing of Staic-x.My personal favourites are the basic 6 subgenres of Metal:Heavy,Doom,Thrash,Power,Death and Black Metal,with Power Metal being my favourite and Black meing my least favourite.If you're interested,some good bads from the genres:
Heavy:Judas Priest,Iron Maiden,Queensryche
Doom:Black Sabbath,Candlemass
Thrash:Overkill,Megadeth,Anthrax,Testament,Exodus
