We must not forget that racism is still a thing, and while the race card is abused I would like to remind everyone that although racism is not institutional there are racist individuals just because some people don't use the word racist correctly, doesn't mean that it's always that way.

A long run on sentence is a sure sign of racism so you are a racist no don't deny it the proof is right there so there's no point in denying it because it's perfectly clear and you need to not be a racist because it's bad. :D

No, in America, as far as I know, there is no institutional racism, the prison and foster system doesn't prove anything, maybe it isn't racism maybe a certain race commits more crime because of the culture they are likely to adopt or have adopted.
