Actually, Trump's supporters were across the spectrum. What the media didn't tell you last spring was Trump had the same cross section of supporters that Bernie had.blue collar, pink collar, white collar, from high school drop outs up to folks with doctorate degrees.

The reason this was held out of the News? It's easier to believe that only uneducated idiots would vote for him.

Look where the Trump signs were at. They didn't show up in blighted areas, but we're plentiful around nicer neighborhoods. Not many ignorant idiots can afford those places.

I didn't vote. I didn't like either candidate and I thought, "I'll just deal with whichever asshat my fellow Americans choose." Now that I see Hillary supporters throwing a tantrum because they didn't get their way. I'm also very disappointed, because I foolishly thought a Trump win would actually reopen the dialogue between parties. Nope. There still sticking their finger in their ears chanting "Na Na Na Na Na, your just evil, I can't hear you." I do think we're on our way to a civil war, as some states are actually talking about leaving and/or becoming part of Canada (I don't know if Canada would take them).

I feel like it would all die down if Trump retracted and apologized some of his more bigoted statements. The things that make people think he's evil aren't malicious rumours or hearsay but things he stated himself. Just apologize for saying all mexicans are rapists and say that the KKK and similar organizations are bad. If he did that then at least half the peaceful protesters will stop. Pretending that he never said those things won't make them go away. I can live with Trump for 4 years but these protests are his own fault. Democracy doesn't mean you stop questioning your leaders once in office.
Hitler was democratically elected as well. Not saying Trump is that bad but a little reassurance that we're not on our way to the final solution would be appreciated.
I'm not ultra PC so I won't hold it against him that he said some horrible things if he apologizes for them.

I'm glad you took the time to look at that, many don't and I was about to call you out on your statements too. I wasn't a Trump fan and what is forgotten by EVERYONE is for 60% of Republicans he was NOT our choice either. Thanks to democrat gorilla campaigning tactics and a complicit media that wanted him as the nominee so Hillary could be assured a win, he is what we got. No one saw us burning flags in the street after the convention. We sucked it up, but even I'm starting to think they may have done us a favor after all.

I had to deal with Barack Obama being elected...twice. I didn't riot. I didn't punch anyone in the face. I didn't destroy property. No one on the right did this. All I can say is keep it up. You're just sealing your fate for the next election. I guess they want Trump for 8 years.
