You're heading to cat's head territory. We're on the Gold Coast, not far from Brisbane. Love Melbourne too but you're not guaranteed the sunshine you're after there. As you probably know you can have a blizzard in the morning and a heat wave in the afternoon - lol. Brisbane will get you what you're after. Hope you have a great time here my friend :)
