Yep. I go to the store, there's only a couple of checkout lines open...and all have long lines.

I do that too~ All those magazines just sitting there...

I actually had a cashier ask me if I was paying for "that magazine"! I said "nope!".
When I see 15 closed checkouts and 2 or 3 open with long lines, I have to wonder why they bother putting them there if they're not going to use them. :)
