Dear readers,
I've decided to leave Imgflip. Here's why:

1.) Ignorant conservatives
Ever heard the phrase 'butthurt libreral?' Conservatives just don't understand that sensative liberals like me get offended. We're humans too. We're allowed to get offended.

2.) Political Wars
The reason I joined this community was to see funny memes, but all I'm seeing now are a bunch of political stuff; I was definatly not expecting that. Some of them are funny, but at the end, there all about the same thing; Clinton is a liar, Sanders is unreasonable and Trump's hair is weird.

3.) School
It's a bad time for me to be addicted to Imgflip right now. I've got exams coming up next month, and I should really start focusing on my grades.

4.) I've reached my boiling point
I've tried to been the tolerant type of person, but not everyone tolerats me. I've been called many hurtful things, both online and offline. This 15 year old has had enough. I'm done. If your gonna go ahead and be a d!ck to others, I'm not gonna be the tolerant guy anymore. I'm done being the sh!ttaker.

I might come back in a few days, weeks or months. But I promise, I will come back.

I for one will truly miss you. You have consistently commented on my memes and made me laugh each and every time. Thank you for taking the time to pay attention to the newcomers we wouldn't have stuck around without people like you. Good luck in school I know you will do well.

Well it's bin a pleasure. As a Canadian I too am pretty tired of all the politics, so I just scroll past usually unless its funny. It's too bad there are people on here that cant seem to cut their shit out. I know in our group we tend to stay away from overly politicising everything, and just have laughs. Good luck on your exams and hope to hear from you soon.

Nail those exams down and come on back. Although I know I get political, it is never meant to be hurtful, if you have ever taken any meme or comment from me that way, I apologize. I have always liked your stuff, even if we don't always agree. That is what keeps life interesting :)

Sorry to see you go. You've been an amazing part of this community, lot's of good memes. A word of advice; I understand that people will hurt your feelings, but you can't let that get you down. You're young, and as time goes on, it seems that humanity is destined to become more brutal, hurtful, unkind and rude. Hope you come back soon, and good luck with your exams.

Dude I know how you feel, College and this site are both important to me, but education is slightly more. Next week I have finals for all my class! I never been called butthurt liberal before, wonder who would say that, I mean I know most people here are conservative but I get along with them. It also doesn't help the fact that people call you stupid things just for being apart of something (Brony) it bugs me too, but I learned that for every person who like it there is always one other person who doesn't. Wish you good luck in you journey outside of Imgflip TRtimmy.

I'm sick of all the political memes too. They're all absolutely nonsensical to me. It makes imgflip very unwelcoming to people like me. I just post my memes and leave now. Come back and see if I have any notifications every so often.

I've stopped browsing latest too. At first I was making it a point to downvote every Undertale/FNAF meme I saw, ignore the political ones and upvote the ones that made me laugh, but the the ones I like have just become so few and far between that I don't even bother anymore.

Everything here has just become an American political p*ssing match, reference/in-joke cesspool and "wen u see you crush booty" on the "don't you, squidward?" template.

Not to say that there aren't any funny memes here, or to say that I understand what is or is not funny, but I just don't have the patience to dig through the coal mines looking for a diamond anymore.

Sorry to see you go but internet forums are not the place for someone with thin skin. As for "Butthurt Liberal" I'm guilty of the phrase but have no problem saying "Butthurt Conservative". The extremes on both sides are ridiculous and I associate with neither. You are very mature for 15 but as you age you will learn how to let stuff roll. I hope so or you will have a difficult life.
