Unless those construction workers are multi millionaires, I don't think they are going to have to pay any tax increase. Remember, the plan is to tax the upper class because they are the ones who have more to give.
If you are referring to Bernie Sanders' free public college plan, it seems you are very, very uninformed. He is going to pay for it with a tax on WALL STREET SPECULATION, not raising taxes on the middle class.

If you're going to tax something, use it to pay for the 19+ trillion dollars of debt and to stabilize the budget. Or what hell lets just spend into flippin oblivion now so we can go completely bankrupt now. Why put off for tomorrow what we can do toady.
