From my experience this is what its like to be a conservative student in my university

I have a liberal professor for my government class, he welcomes people to be what they choose to believe, you just have to provide you side of the case and he will be appreciate you views.

Yeah, he does the same for the liberal side too, I mean come on it's a government class for crying out loud, he wants everyone to get along and be comfortable in class.

No that's good, I am actually glad to hear it, you hear a lot though where that is not the case. I wasn't attacking, more curious than anything.

For all we know that could be the same case for a liberal student in a conservative college. But you make a good point. Politics and education are two things that should just flat out not be mixed.

The problem is not them listening (it may be for some) its the prof claiming to be neutral and not affiliate with any ideology, then they contradict their statements and fight for the leftist paradigm.

Hang tight conservo kid, what goes around comes around. When you feel something is wrong, it most likely is, so resist it and explore deeper.

There's no doubt about it. It is tough to be a college conservative with so many liberals. Luckily for me, the liberals I have talked to are quite reasonable people and agree we're on the wrong track right now. If everyone met together, we could probably have a reasonable discussion. But some people just like to abuse their power and that's what I don't like. Stay strong!

But as if the opposite is any better

EX: A student in a Sunni Islamic University in Kala Lumpur, Malaysia, is listening to his teachers current lecture on an issue. The Professor is mostly conservative Muslim Sunni. Just as he stops talking, the student raises his hand, and asks: "How can you be so sure that your source is both historically and scientifically accurate?" He gives a counter-example, and almost immediately, the Professor/Imam angrily accuses him of committing "heresy" and "spreading corruption." The Student balks at such accusations as bunk and is sent to the principals office for "misbehaving".

Question conservative ideas, they look at you weird but give you their honest opinion (or call you stupid), question liberals, they try to censor you. Question moderates, you never, NEVER, know what to expect

Look, if you're far in either direction, you'll either be guilted or beaten for disagreeing with authorities if you're young. Don't ignore the fact that so many children are being disowned in conservative states.
