These criminals should be placed in a foreign jail, say... In Antarctica. Near the center of the continent would work. A lifetime supply of canned beans and enough coal to keep them warm.. provided they keep the fires stoked. And maybe a how to course on how to behave in a civilized society. Clearly, they missed school the day, if any, it was taught to them.
