I used to do this as a kid, but never in a frozen lake, and never with anything nearly that big. It seems the fuses on some bottle-rockets are by default, waterproof.

This rocket seems way too fast, and way too explosive. I wonder if this has been edited...

That's awesome! We never did that, but we did a lot of other stuff with playing with fire and M-80's, and bottle rockets... It's a wonder we ever lived, lol :-)
