Funny | My father's side of the family were slaves and 3 generations lived and died in the same projects Fact. My mother's side were not slaves and owned farms and businesses. Fact. I see both sides of the story and can see that unless you are ready to administrate the money you are just stuck like chuck even with the money in your hands. The projects are controlled by zoning laws.
