My father's side of the family were slaves and 3 generations lived and died in the same projects Fact. My mother's side were not slaves and owned farms and businesses. Fact. I see both sides of the story and can see that unless you are ready to administrate the money you are just stuck like chuck even with the money in your hands. The projects are controlled by zoning laws. All the money in the world won't change the structure setup by the planners and builders who invented section 8 housing; follow the money and you will see who regulates and benefits from the government program money through renting section 8 or anything like giving money for having kids that are living in the poverty line or other socioeconomic traps.
