I absolutely do harm bad users. But once they breach the TOS, and cause others harm, and cause others to commit suicide, they forgoe their right to be safe.

Who are you to determine what kind of users they are? And have you ever caused a user to commit suicide? As well as by your actions are you breaching the TOS?

I determine the kind of user they are by how many people they hurt. I have been A cause of a few suicides, but if someome would kill themselves over a meme website, a guy calling them out is not at fault if that wasn't his intent. And last I checked, no, I'm not breaching TOS.
