WHAT IS THE CATCH-22 FOR MORMONS WHO KNOCK AT OUR DOOR, TRYING TO RECRUIT US BY SAYING, “HEY, WE’RE CHRISTIANS TOO”? [Before answering that, I want to urge you not to shut the door on them, or on anyone coming to talk about faith. Instead, in a loving and caring way, we Christians need to be prepared to help those caught in Mormonism and other false faiths. Let’s witness to those out “witnessing.”]; Mormons have a real dilemma when they claim to be Christian. Their founders said Christianity involves, ”corruption, abomination, heathens, ignorance, the wh**e of the earth and Babylon, being devoid of fact, paganism, being hatched in hell, nonsense, monstrous iniquity, wickedness, murderers, idolaters, infidelity, a mythical Christ, and a perversion of the gospel.” Joseph Smith, the main source of Mormon doctrine, said “Christians will all be damned unless they repent by becoming Mormon.” Facing those facts forces Mormons to admit one of two losing arguments: Either they must agree that they are part of an organization committing heresy against Christ and His Church, or they need to somehow dismiss what their top leaders and founders said (those who created Mormon doctrine). It’s either admit their false teachings or deny their false teachers who invented those beliefs. And if they choose the latter, calling out their leaders for lying, why should we (or they) believe any of the doctrine they talk about when coming by our house? | image tagged in mormon, bible, christian, god, jesus, faith | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

ARE WE BECOMING & MAKING DISCIPLED LEARNERS, AS JESUS TOLD US TO? The last thing our Lord Jesus said before leaving earth was, "Go into all the world and make disciples,” (“Discipled LEARNERS” in Greek). Christ wanted ALL His followers to become discipled learners; not just those attending seminary. Unfortunately, we're not! Churches and Christians today are NOT teaching and learning all we can about Jesus. We do pay attention to anything and everything else. Our series, "Discipleship 101 & 102," remedies that for Christians, beginning the process of spiritual maturity that should have started at the moment of salvation. "Discipleship 101”
teaches Salvation, Assurance, Daily Time with God, Prayer Life, Personal Bible Study, Scripture Memorization, Confession of Sin, Dealing with Temptation, the Spirit-Filled Life, Obedience, God's Discipline, Developing Godly Habits of Living, Knowing God's Will, Stewardship and The Church. "Discipleship 102" covers Inspiration & Inerrancy, Bible Interpretation, The Trinity, The Deity of Christ, Salvation, Sanctification, Satan & demons, Future Events, Systemized Bible Study, Evidences For The Christian Faith, Biblical Family Values, The Role of the Man, Husband and Father, The Role of the Woman, Wife and Mother, and finally, The Role of the Children. | image tagged in disciple, learn, god, bible, jesus | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

DOES GOD THE FATHER HAVE A PHYSICAL BODY?
Some twist Genesis, which tells us man was created in the image of God. But to say God the Father has a body is not what the Bible is talking. That idea comes from false sources outside the Bible. "Made in God's image" is not referring to a physical body because God the Father does not have a body. John 4:24 tells us, "God is Spirit." We are not made in His image bodily, but instead it is both morally and spiritually. Besides being created in His image morally, we were also given a spirit nature for our existence in the rest of eternity. The latter is why all of mankind, throughout every age, will exist forever. However, each person's dwelling spot, after our life on earth, will be forever in one of only two places; heaven or hell. Because we have an eternal nature, one or the other will be the future for us, all ancestors, and any future humans born. There is no annihilation, as some false religions and cults teach. We are wonderfully made in God's image, both morally and spiritually. | image tagged in god, man, image, genesis, spirit, jesus | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
