He wore designer clothes, honey!” Robert Tilton: "The only time people were poor in the Bible is when they were under a curse... Being poor is a sin.” But the Bible says this about Jesus giving up everything to come to earth as a poor man: “Though Jesus was rich, yet for your sake he became poor…” Just like Word of Faith preachers, there is another group of religious leaders who also live a lavish lifestyle, while teaching those who sent them all that money, that they too can become wealthy if they'd only practice the right force of faith with their words.
