Here's another fulfilled prophecy from God: In the book of Ezekiel, Amos predicted the city of Tyre would be attacked by many nations, its fortresses would fail, their stones, timber, and soil would be thrown into the sea, and the remains of the city would be used to spread fishing nets. By now you know it happened just that way. Several different nations attempted Tyre's destruction but the people would retreat to their island fortress out in the bay, probably taunting the attackers who could not reach them. Finally Alexander the Great came along and dismantled the houses and other structures of Tyre, throwing them into the sea to make a land bridge out to those people on the island. Would you say the Tyre folks probably stopped taunting Alexander's army by the time they were half way there? So Alexander the Great wiped the city of Tyre completely clean because the ruins all went into the water to make the land bridge. And do you know what the area of the original city is used for today? It's a flat barren rock, which makes the perfect place to spread fishing nets. All that is exactly what God predicted, and it was well in advance. Over and over again, God prophesied the rise and fall of nations. And God did these sort of specific predictions 2500 times in the Bible, with 2000 already coming true. I mean, give me a break! How much more proof do we need?

Especially for those practicing witchcraft and the occult, demonic possession is all over our world today. But it can also happen to anyone who puts themselves into an altered state of consciousness. Here is Mark 9, which has one of many Bible passages where Jesus deals with demon possession, and this is a man in the crowd addressing Jesus: "Teacher, I brought you my son, who is possessed by a spirit [demon] that has robbed him of speech. Whenever it seizes him, it throws him on the ground, he foams at the mouth, gnashes his teeth, and becomes rigid. And I asked your disciples to drive out the spirit, but they could not."; Jesus replied, "You unbelieving generation.” Isn't that exactly like the world we're living in today; even including much of the Christian Church? Talk about an unbelieving generation; today we don't believe what we're reading right now about how actual demonic possession exists. But it is our reality even now and on a scale greater than anyone can imagine. Oftentimes people become demonically possessed when they get involved with the occult. I have been there, done that, and wish I hadn't bought the T-shirt. Another way to risk becoming demonically possessed is through drug use. But the good news is I was saved by calling on the name of Jesus, Who can cast out demons just like we Christians can in His name. For those not saved, accepting

With all due respect, it's even better than a wedding; although my marriage is strong so don't misconstrue what I'm saying. My point is this: In a healthy marriage scenario, you would think the closer you get to the wedding day, the more exciting it gets, right? Now I know it's also stressful and it can get stressful before Jesus comes back too, but still the overall feeling is one of joyous anticipation, right? Without giving away the day or hour, and using Bible prophecy, God is letting us know what will happen in advance so we can be sure His book came from Him--period. It’s like this: When you were growing up, did your mom tell you things more than once, or even more than ten times? In fact, how many times did she say, "I told you a million times..." and you were maybe thinking, "Yeah mom, you probably did because, man, here we go again." Well, it’s the same with God. Throughout the Bible, with precise predictions (2000 of which have come true already), 2500 times He told us, “THIS BOOK CAME FROM ME!" So why do we want to listen to anything else! God's probably thinking, "What more do I have to give you people?" But again, with all due respect to the so-called shepherds in our Church today, if they keep Bible prophecy out of your messages, it's no wonder 50% of their congregation doubts the Bible.
