so it can be easily seen
when people scroll down,
a system like YouTube has. pinned; You could use a pin icon, or simply another text button next to flag, delete and reply,
that turns green and/or changes to say
"pinned" when a comment is pinned. I know we already put notes in the title, tags, or even
image itself, but adding a 'pin comment' system could
still be a simple and useful addition if you wanted to make a comment link, put down a poster note, or just put

It could work by turning on notifications for a user, and selecting which stream you want to receive the notification from. For example, I turned on notifications for Meme_Making_Machine, and only allowed fun stream memes to be sent | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
