Pin Comments Suggestion

Pin Comments Suggestion | Suggestion:; Add an option for the poster of an image to "pin" a comment to the top so it can be easily seen when people scroll down, a system like YouTube has. pinned; You could use a pin icon, or simply another text button next to flag, delete and reply, that turns green and/or changes to say "pinned" when a comment is pinned. Stream owners should be able to pin posts too, it'd make it easier to announce rule changes, stream events, etc

TL;DR:
An option for the poster to pin a comment to the top regardless of best/latest/oldest, like Youtube has.
Probably by just adding another button next to flag delete reply or something.

This would be a great addition. If it's an update related image, then posters can pin a status update for their viewers.
