Emotional Manipulation | SOMETHING I NOTICED WHILE MY CLASS WATCHED SEVERAL PREACHING VIDEOS:; THE PREACHERS IN ALL OF THESE VIDEOS TALK VERY QUICKLY, AND LOUDLY, RUN AROUND THE STAGE, POINT DIRECTLY TO THE CROWD, AND USE LOTS OF HAND MOTIONS; THIS IS LIKELY TO MAKE PEOPLE FEEL EMOTIONAL AND QUESTION LESS. THE SHOUTING AND FAST-TALKING DON'T ALLOW PEOPLE TO THINK ABOUT WHAT THE PREACHER IS SAYING AND IT HYPES THEM UP. WHEN HE POINTS TO THEM AND TELLS THEM THEY NEED TO REPENT, THEY GET VERY EMOTIONAL AND START REPENTING FROM PEER PRESSURE.
