I have barely any trust

I have barely any trust | ME AND MY FRIENDS SOME HOW ENDED UP DISCUSSING ABOUT TRUST, AND HOLY SH*T MY TRUST IS F*CKED UP. I NEVER REALIZED HOW BAD MY TRUST ISSUES ARE UNTIL I LOOKED BACK ON WHAT BROKE MY TRUST.

HERE'S ALL THE TIMES MY TRUST WAS BROKEN:
1. IN 3RD OR 4TH GRADE TWO OF MY FRIENDS TOLD ME TO WAIT AT THE EDGE OF THE PLAYGROUND WHILE BEFORE WE PLAYED TOGETHER. THEY NEVER CAME BACK. I WAITED UNTIL RECESE ENDED.
2. I HAD A FRIEND(I'LL CALL THEM R). R WAS A GOOD FRIEND UNTIL 6TH GRADE. IT STARTED WITH HIS FRIENDS ABUSING MY, AT THE TIME, VERY TRUSTING NATURE. THEY WOULD BREAK IT FAST. EVENTUALLY I STOPPED TRUSTING THEM, THE ALSO WERE ASSHOLES TOWARDS ME. R THEN GAVE ON OF HIS FRIENDS OP IN MY MINECRAFT WORLD AND THE DESTROYED A FEW BUILDINGS BEFORE I STOPPED THEM.
3. R BROKE MY TRUST. IT HURT SO MUCH. IT STILL DOES. R STARTED BEING AN ASSHOLE AND EVENTUALLY ABANDONED US. I'VE NEVER FORGIVEN HIM. I'VE NEVER REALLY FORGOTTEN. I'VE NEVER REALLY STOPPED FEELING PAIN OVER IT.
4. THREE FRIENDS. YOU ALL KNOW WHAT HAPPENED. TWO OF THEM I TRUSTED SO MUCH. AND THEN JUST LIKE THAT, OVER. THEY WERE MH 2ND AND 3RD CLOSEST FRIENDS. NOW THEY AREN'T EVEN MY FRIENDS. THEY DIDN'T EXACTLY BREAK MY TRUST. MORE LIKE AFTER LOSING THEM I TRULY GAVE UP ON MAKING FRIENDS BECAUSE I LOSE 90% OF THEM. I'VE LOST SO MANY FRIENDS BY MOVING. I'VE ALSO LOST SOME BY MEANS I JUST EXPLAINED. THE SCHOOL FRIENDS THAT I'M STILL IN TOUCH WITH ARE ALL FROM 6TH GRADE, AND IT'S ONLY 2 OF THEM.
