Yes! I was so relieved when I got saved, because my life had been extremely frustrating. No longer did I have to bounce from one of man’s ideas to the next. And that’s the irony: we should relish the fact that we came into the truth, thanking God for us no longer having to wonder what’s true about life, about anything that’s happened in the past, or what will be in our future. The answers are all in the Bible, so we don’t have to wonder
if it’s the one real book from God. The Bible is it! But these days we seem to run from God’s Word. In fact, I have a problem with a current statistic about the state of professing Christians in the American Church today: while they claim Christianity, even in the Church over half no longer believe in the absolute authority of the Bible. Close to the same number think it has errors. That’s just crazy, especially when God says there is no other written
revelation besides the Old and New Testaments. As you’d
