DAY 29: HOW DOES HINDUISM COMPARE
TO CHRISTIANITY? [2 of 4] Outside of completely free, biblical Christianity—which is a relationship with Christ and not a religion—the other faiths hold the afterlife over their followers’ heads to push them toward the organization’s goals and money collection. Around 600 BC the Hindu people revolted against the priests’ control, changing Hinduism to a more individual-focused faith with personal meditation, where adherents seek an altered state of consciousness that will allow them to connect with the
Hindu gods, as a means to supposedly escape reincarnation. But some still want a guru to tell them how to be more religious. Meditation was NOT invented as a way to reduce stress. That lie was created to suck an uninformed Western society into New Age practices (warmed-over Hinduism), which involves connecting to “spirits” that are really just the same old lying, murderous demons, disguising themselves as helpful entities so you will die while continuing to reject Jesus—and end
up in hell with those deceitful spirits. | image tagged in hinduism, charismatic | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

IS YOGA OK? Why in the world do we warn so much against yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, prophetic prayer, and other such practices; supposedly only meant to help us relax? It’s because their origin is the eastern religions and occultism. Their design is to get us into an "altered state of consciousness." When you do that to your mind and body, spirits tend to pop on the scene and they are not from God. Yet these Hindu and Buddhist practices, using occult techniques, are even being promoted in the Christian Church today. No matter how the methods and verbiage are repackaged, unfortunately these type of occult practices all have the same goal: to connect with spirits that are not from God.

The Bible warns against them, and you know them, as DEMONS.

IS YOUR CHURCH PRACTICING HINDUISM? When I was first saved out the New Age movement, I went directly into Bible college and what I considered to be the Christian "Church world." Of course, being new to Christianity, it was easy to join fringe groups and not recognize them as such. I started attending different Church services and reading the Bible. At one point I ended up at a more lively congregation, and upon familiarizing myself with what they were doing, skeptical questions began entering my mind about their supposedly Christian faith practices. Those thoughts went something like, "Wait a second, are you saying that enough faith will allow me to determine my own reality, magically being able to receive a new car, house, or whatever I want?" The congregation turned out to be involved with the “Word of Faith“ movement, which might as well be called “New Age,” and both are just forms of old-fashioned Hinduism. In New Age, the concept of repeating a mantra is called
"creative visualization,” which is also why the Word of Faith people say, "Hey, you better be careful with your words. Don't even say you're getting sick because you have the power to make that happen. The ‘force of faith’ is in your mouth, so whatever you keep speaking will become your reality.” But it’s all just warmed-over Hinduism. The Hindu religion is having a major impact on the Christian Church today, and it’s from a purposeful effort by Hinduism to slap Christianese on their practices, dishing that product out to Church folks who've been sold a bill of goods: Far-Eastern techniques are being taught in Churches today, like how Hindus perform meditation for getting into an altered state of consciousness to try “escaping reincarnation.” Through Hindu instruction in the Christian Church today, people are having spiritual experiences that are not from the Spirit of God, and most people
don't know it is a demonic force because they aren't given the background
on Hinduism to fully understand what they're being asked to do. | image tagged in god, hinduism, new age, jesus, bible, christian | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
