Most bloodfiends have red/blue hair and red/blue eyes, though some don't have one or both; Teeth
If they speak rarely, or generally keep their mouth closed, then they probably have spiked teeth! Ask them to open their mouth and if they do have spiked teeth, they are probably a Bloodfiend! Claws
Bloodfiends usually wear gloves to hide their claws, so if you have a friend that always wear gloves, ask to take them off! Uncanny complete knowledge of human anatomy
If they say something like "Did you know that there's precisely [insert number] veins in our bodies?" Then they're probably a Bloodfiend. They don't drink much water
