This took several attempts to make it work in the meme generator. | Just finished the high grade darilbalde! Here are my thoughts on it; Starting with looks, this thing is SUPER unique, I love the shoulder mounted shields and the halo on the back of its head; For weapons, the first one is the beam javelin. It has two halves which can separate like you saw in the first image. The larger one is the beam anchor and the smaller one is the beam kunai. The beam javelin doesn't have any way to store it mentioned in the instructions but I have an idea I'll get to later on; The second ones are the ambika (shoulder shields). These can detach and fly around to block attacks. And yes, you can rotate them to the front like this, but because of how the shoulders need to move for this it will look bad from basically every angle except for from the front, and even at the right angle it looks... off. Third are the isvara (basically any forearm part/attachment). These are the beam saber isvara, which do everything you'd expect from an oversized arm mounted beam saber. I looked at the runner and apparently these beam saber parts are from 2013, so that explains why they're a bit too long for this; And now for my way of storing the beam javelin. You see how the beam "saber" isvara are stored? If you put the hand isvara on here while holding the beam javelin you could theoretically store it that way since they all use the EXACT same connection; The final weapon is actually the feet! In the instructions these are referred to as shackle claws. These claws can be used to grab other mobile suits, or just be used as a long range kick. This comes with two pieces of wire which do not hold their shape at all, so you WILL need either the stand that comes with this, or something else that'll fit in the other hole in the adapter part on the foot. And yes, this comes with a stand. It's a runnerless stand, so all of the parts come in one big chunk which you can break apart and put together into this stand. It's not as good as an action base but at least it's better than no base. This also has one open hand part for the left hand if you haven't noticed already; While I have it in this pose I might as well mention articulation. This thing has PLENTY of range. While taking the pictures for this the only parts I ever found inconvenient were the absurdly long knee armor, the ambika (shields), and the wrists which are kinda loose; This is a VERY good kit, and has honestly surprised me. Finally managed to finish the review after several attempts | Just finished the high grade Gundam aerial! Here are my thoughts on it; Starting with looks, although I like a big bulky flashy Gundam as much as the next person, I like how simple the aerial is. Sometimes less is more, and this is a perfect example of that. I'll give a comparison to the rebuild below; ... Although the rebuild isn't a bad design by any means, I prefer the original. For weapons, the first one is the shield. Just like the rebuild it can separate into several gund-bits and fly around like little drones. I can't demonstrate this since I don't have the weapon stands, but I have finally ordered them. This shield is actually a bit different from the rebuild, it used less stickers and some of the parts attach differently. For example, the grey segments attach to the long ones with a connection point that can be hidden; In shield form the original is actually better than the rebuild and I don't even need to be biased for that. It's attached with a circular connection point, meaning it can rotate separately from the arm, unlike the slot connection on the rebuild; You can attach the grey parts of the shield to the beam rifle and it can be stored on the backpack with a small adapter part. Here's the bit-on form and the rest of the weapons. It has two beam sabers and a beam rifle with a bayonet-like effect part. The beam saber's connection to the backpack feels a little loose, but that could just be a small defect on mine. The effect parts on the other hand are SUPER tight; Other than just making the aerial look ✨fabulous✨ the bit on form also adds more to the hip armor than on the rebuild, and I think it looks pretty cool; The shoulder armor gets in the way sometimes but other than that the arms don't have any problems. Don't let the shape of the legs fool you. They actually have a pretty good range of motion. There's plenty of movement forward and back, as you can see there's PLENTY of outward movement, but unless you have it doing the splits like this they can't really face any direction other than forward; Ankles/feet are mostly the same. PLENTY of forward and backward movement; But not very good tilt and non existent side to side rotation. These are always gonna be facing the same way as the legs. Even though it has issues, as all kits do, I still think this is pretty good. I honestly have no idea how these are truly meant to be used. In the building instructions they show you being able to turn them around, so I assumed that works for when these longer parts are on the end too, but they're only shown with the longer part facing towards the elbows on the back of the instructions so now I'm just confused. I initially thought they were guns, but I was also proven wrong about that since it's mainly shown using them as melee weapons. For articulation, the knees can be rather limited, but the feet are surprisingly well articulated, and by moving the dark grey parts on the bottom they can become claws, so I assume they're made to grab opponents. It does have extra parts, but they're mainly unused bits of the frame that were swapped out, and unused parts from the PolyCap runner. They did swap out how the legs connect to the hips, so make sure you use the longer piece for that. I like how these turned out | Just finished the high grade Demi trainer, chuchu's Demi trainer, and the expansion parts set! Here are my thoughts on them; To start off, I decided to put all of these into one post because both of these kits are similar, and the expansion parts set is compatible with both. No, your eyes don't deceive you. The gun is connected to the crotch. Starting with chuchu's Demi, I really like the asymmetrical design, the shoulder mounted shield and extra bulk are pretty cool. For weapons, what you see is what you get. It literally only has this gun if you don't get the expansion set. Articulation in the legs and especially the ankles can be pretty limited; As for the regular Demi, it's a bit plain compared to chuchu's one. Just like chuchu's Demi, what you see is what you get when it comes to weapons. It has a beam rifle, shield, and a stick. The stick can be stored on the sides of the legs, hips, forearms, or backpack. The connection point can fit just about anywhere on this thing. Articulation is about the same as chuchu's demi; Quick thing to mention about the regular Demi is that red isn't the only color you can put on the chest, as you can see there are 4 other options, so there is a bit of customization built into this thing. Speaking of customization, it's time to finally talk about the expansion parts set! The whole thing is modular, so you can combine the included parts in a ton of different ways. I'll just show a few things I did while messing around so you can get the idea. All of these are compatible with chuchu's Demi as well, I just used the regular one so I don't have to keep switching between them. everything attached at once except a couple adapter parts and the included open hand parts (I'll get to those later); And finally here are some examples from the instructions because I didn't take as many pictures as I thought I did. Here's a problem I had while making the review that I almost forgot to mention, the biceps separate if you move the arms too much, so I recommend gluing them if it gets too bad. It wasn't much of a problem for me but it did happen a couple times; The chuchu demi comes with open hand parts because it shares a runner with the expansion parts set for its gun. The regular Demi doesn't have open hands on its own, but since I got the expansion parts set it does now. HOWEVER, neither of these come with correctly colored backs for the open hands, so unless you feel like painting these you're gonna have to swap the backs of the hands if you feel like having them open. Well, unless of course you're a psychopath and don't care if it doesn't match. Overall, both of these are pretty nice kits. 8/10 for both. Each of them have issues, but none of them are bad enough for me to hate them for it. The expansion parts were also pretty nice, and helped turn these pretty plain kits into some pretty damn nice ones. 8.3/10 for the expansion parts set. | image tagged in blank white template,gundam review | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

Comparison to the heindree sturm in comments | Just finished the high grade heindree! Here are my thoughts on it; To start off, I LOVE how this thing looks, it is way better than the heindree sturm. For weapons, what you see is what you get. This is all it has. They could've definitely improved upon the shield a bit though. It uses the exact same mechanism as the sturm, and it is just as loose. For the actual weapon, it's a shield, lance, and beam rifle all in one package. What more could you ask for in a Gundam weapon? Anyway, the lance can rotate and slide in and out. That's about all it can do. And yes, it fits in the hands if you remove it, but it's VERY loose so if you wanna use this as a weapon on its own you'll have to modify it to tighten the grip. And in case you were wondering about the backpack... It's a bit strange. For my final thoughts on it, this DEFINITELY looks better than the sturm, and the weapon is far more interesting. 8/10 | image tagged in blank white template,gundam review | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
