Now if you'll excuse me, I'll be avoiding new models like the plague until after Christmas. | Just finished the high grade Gundam perfect strike freedom! Here are my thoughts on it; To start off, although at first glance this looks similar to the destiny Gundam, it's actually quite different. One of the main similarities is the weapons since it has a green gun and blue sword. Quick note: the eight red parts on the wings can come off and fly around like drones, I can't demonstrate this since I don't have the action base attachment for it; ...However once you build it you quickly realize how... big... the differences are.
Seriously at least half the runners must've been for this dang backpack; For weapons this has a grand total of 10 if you count the two combined forms. To start off we have the sword and beam rifle, the sword is about the same as the one on the destiny, except it can't fold in half. The beam rifle on the other hand is a bit closer to your average Gundam beam rifle. They can combine into two different forms, a larger sword and a larger beam rifle. When separated They can be stored on the lower wings of the backpack. For other weapons, there's a gun on the right shoulder and a claw on the left which comes with a bit of wire to connect it when deployed; Next there's a pair of cannons on the shoulders which I assume are from the high grade freedom Gundam, which I haven't built yet. I'll get to why I think that later on; And finally there are several arm mounted weapons, including a shield, and if you turn the parts on the forearms around there's an oddly placed blade and I assume a small gun; As with all GBB (Gundam Breaker Battlogue) kits there's a fair amount of extra parts, here are the ones I could identify: the side hip armor from the original HG freedom Gundam, which have connection points that would work for the "shoulder" cannons. I also found the beam saber handles from the freedom Gundam, I recognize them because of the master grade. Sadly the effect parts don't fit but after a little experimenting I found that with some light modifications you could make them fit. For articulation, the only issue I've had is that the shoulders have a tendency of popping out during posing; Don't worry, I won't make the same mistake twice. When I eventually put this in storage I'll remember to take off the V fin, same with the rest of my current collection :); My only real concern for this kit was wether or not I'd be able to fit the backpack in the box since that's how I like to store these, but it was a surprisingly easy process. For my final thoughts on it, I think this is a pretty nice kit. The articulation is good and the asymmetrical shoulders are pretty interesting, though the backpack can be inconvenient at times. 8.5/10. Also be VERY careful not to use the wrong piece on the white part of the V fin, the correct one is on the F runner. I specify this because I glued part of the V fin since it kept falling apart in my hands and had to take it apart because I put in the wrong piece. | image tagged in blank white template, gundam review | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

Usually I can build a high grade in just a couple hours

This one mainly took longer because of the wings

It's short for gundam plastic model.

Didn't I tell you this in memechat?

Maybe

I must've forgot

So I call the models gunpla, or do I call plural gunplas?

Gunpla is mainly plural so you don't need to add the S

So if you're referring to a singular kit I suggest just saying Gundam model

OK
