Best internet community I've ever seen; Just about everyone I see is kind and respectful

It's pretty good, but every now and then you see some disagreements.

I am new, but compared to other sites I've been on, so far this one is very good

I've seen you around...welcome to Imgflip...I've never been to any other meme sites than this one...so I don't know what the others are like...I know the community is very cool here, if you jump right in and have fun, this site will always be a pleasant experience...some will try to make it unpleasant for you, you just got to rise above all that and not get sucked in....good luck to you and have FUN.

First of all, thanks I appreciate that.
Secondly, be glad you haven't tried the others. They are full of trolls and ads for the most part. I love this site because from what I've seen so far, (most of the) users on here can make & take jokes, regardless of personal opinions- That and trolls are quickly beaten into the ground.

I know! When I first came here I was like "well, this seems like it'll have some real funny stuff on it," and then I just saw page after page of "obama sucks." As long as you try to stay funny for the most part, it's all good though.

Being a conservative myself, I love it. I can see how that might turn off some liberal users tho.

Its all about the humor, even if we don't always agree. :)
