Co-worker called the boss racist - It's a pretty diverse workplace

This is so true. Years ago, a co worker who happened to be a friend of mine, was fired because he moped about and was pure lazy. First thing he told me after he was fired, was that the boss was racist. Kinda hard to tell a black man he's a race baiter and overall lazy worker, when you don't want to subsequently fight him for telling him the honest truth...

OTOH I have had black coworkers who worked their butts off for a decent white boss & got promoted when a white guy came in and said, "this is the easiest job I've had," and screwed up. Was glad too see he got fired.

I think we may have to outlaw the "R" word because it is being used entirely too much!

"R" is definitely an easy out, thrown around a bit too easily these days!

Well then they should be making at LEAST $15 an hour.
