Unless it's a boring or repetitive repost. How about new stuff.

So-called "new" stuff is usually a lot more boring than the worst of the worst of the reposts. And it just means someone copied the joke from a bumper sticker, T-shirt, or joke book, instead of from another meme.

Directly coping is boring yes. Using something by being inspired. Is creating. Even though it might not be good.
