I've been diagnosed depression and anxiety and they just don't know.

I made this joke years ago when I was depressed, the meme is new and was grossly misunderstood on social media. Probably by the same people who didn't understand why a friend or family committed suicide. the moral of the meme is : other people are insensitive and just don't get it, albeit I exaggerated quite dramatically the PROBLEM.
