The reason women cry a lot is because society absolutely refuses let men cry because it's "weak" and "unmanly." If that wasn't there, you'd see men crying about the same amount as women. Plus, it's not weak. It's healthy.

At my company almost all the managers are women.

It's because while there is a sexist issue causing women to get paid less, the same people are being sexist because they want to hire only men. The reason being is that they don't want women to get a job in the first place.
