In a big win for ICE, a federal judge has just blocked New York’s unconstitutional law that would essentially force immigration authorities to doxx themselves.
Gov. Kathy Hochul’s new law would have banned federal agents from wearing masks and required them to show visible identification.
But, U.S. District Judge Mac A. D’Agostino issued a preliminary injunction halting it from going into effect.
