True, except welfare fraud is not a major driver of the national debt. Still, we need to have much stricter requirements for receiving welfare and get rid of all the fraud

No, our national debt is not mostly from fraud, at least not from welfare fraud, the assertion is unfounded and ridiculous. The  military and medical industries are a far far bigger chunk of the budget.
