She is the gift that keeps giving, the demonrats realized after they forced her into office that they didn't want her. The proof was keeping her from replacing a brain-dead puppet. Now they are stuck, they don't want her but because they pumped her up, they can't let a better person run in 2028, they are stuck with her. So basically, 2028 is already lost to them.

Racism is prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against a person or group based on their race.
The meme is using a Mexican phrase in a positive way, against someone that shouldn't be president because of incompetence and bad policies, having nothing to do with her Indian race.
