You mean like from day one in Afghanistan when Bush was told that Osama bin Laden was hiding in a cave in Tora Bora and Bush preceded to bomb every corner of Afghanistan... except for Tora Bora? Well, at least not until few months later when, by some miracle, Osama bin Laden managed to walk off of Tora Bora and walk into Pakistan and hide out there for the rest of Bush's term.
