Name one vote against feeding the hungry, healing the sick or loving thy neighbor.
Go on, I’ll wait.

Opposing real immigration reform to create a meaningful path to citizenship , opposition to universal Healthcare in favor of the quality of healthcare one receives should be based on income and voting to reduce or eliminate social welfare programs like free school lunches and SNAP benefits are hallmarks of Republicans and a consistent voting record that aligns with that. If you think that untrue well you're not living in reality.

What’s your definition of “meaningful” path to citizenship?
Universal healthcare has failed the sick in every country that has it.
Social welfare makes people dependent on the government (think feeding a man a fish rather than teaching him to fish).
You gotta do better than parroting leftist political propaganda.

Says the parrot, all you did was regurgitate right wing talking points that are contrary to the facts. By meaningful I mean a path that ends in becoming an actual citizen without the hurdles. Western countries with Universal Healthcare have higher life expactancy and lower infant mortality than the U.S and the social welfate programs I mentioned do not create dependancy , long-term studies show they result in better outcomes in health, earnings, and self-sufficiency. Typically this is the point where your side goes silent or trys to change the argument. Your move

What hurdles? Do you mean eliminating background checks, processing fees, valid and consistent documentation, language and civics testing, etc? Or do you mean the Democrat way of inviting people to sneak across the border and, if they get caught, let them disappear while they wait for a court date they have no intention of showing up for?

If universal healthcare is so great, why do so many people risk their lives fleeing countries (like Mexico) with universal healthcare to come to the U.S. and our “inferior” system? Why do migrants stop going north at the Canadian border? Shouldn’t they be passing through the U.S. so they can have Canada’s universal healthcare system? And why do Canadians, who can afford to, come to the U.S. for healthcare if their system is so great?

Long term welfare most definitely creates dependency, which is what the Democrats have been pushing for years. They don’t want people to become independent, otherwise they loose their ability to buy their votes. Unfortunately the republicans are now buying votes too.

You might disagree with the methods Republicans and “pretend Cristians” use to help their neighbor but to claim people who don’t vote for a democrat are voting against it is pure nonsense.

Wake me once you start paying your own bills, much less taxes.

Jesus never empowered the government to do any of those things.

No he commanded Christians to those things and Republicans claim they are Christians that's my point, they are not

I do not see liberals or democrats going to other countries to help people there. They do not care about other people, just themselves and their political agenda.

Of course, they care. They're out promoting illegal immigration to the US...

Sobering border?

Oh yes you do, it's called the Red Cross and the Peace Corps, amongst other programs. The US has given massive foreign assistance to nearly every foreign country save for a handful. In fact, you can tell the poor ones from the ones who benefit because, well, they're poor. The few countries that the US does not bankroll, like Iran, Cuba, Somalia, Venezuela... The only reason why they are poor is because the United States won't give them an allowance.

So when are you leaving?

Funding corruption (Somali Piratesin Minnesota) has nothing to do with helping the poor or any of Jesus' teachings.
