What hurdles? Do you mean eliminating background checks, processing fees, valid and consistent documentation, language and civics testing, etc? Or do you mean the Democrat way of inviting people to sneak across the border and, if they get caught, let them disappear while they wait for a court date they have no intention of showing up for?
If universal healthcare is so great, why do so many people risk their lives fleeing countries (like Mexico) with universal healthcare to come to the U.S. and our “inferior” system? Why do migrants stop going north at the Canadian border? Shouldn’t they be passing through the U.S. so they can have Canada’s universal healthcare system? And why do Canadians, who can afford to, come to the U.S. for healthcare if their system is so great?
Long term welfare most definitely creates dependency, which is what the Democrats have been pushing for years. They don’t want people to become independent, otherwise they loose their ability to buy their votes. Unfortunately the republicans are now buying votes too.
You might disagree with the methods Republicans and “pretend Cristians” use to help their neighbor but to claim people who don’t vote for a democrat are voting against it is pure nonsense.
