PBS is defunded, Colbert is getting canceled, Kimmel was cancelled temporarily until people started canceling their ABC+ whatever it is subscriptions, the producers of these shows are .actually now forced to act as ombudsman, telling their people to curtail what they're saying lest they get in hot water. Colbert gets that from his, although he just keeps on. I've seen it happen twice on The View, where they were literally interrupted on live air by their producer tell me that to stop what they were saying because it might hurt a certain wannabe King's delicate feelings,,,

If PBS was as good as everybody says then they should be able to exist without government assistance Colbert is being canceled because of his ratings if he can't get the ratings then he shouldn't be on the air has nothing to do with government coercion. Kimmel is on the fence he's obviously making just enough money for the CBS to justify him.

The difference is it's the market deciding these things not government the left would be fine with government making those decisions as well as telling people what they're allowed to say and what they're not allowed to say people don't like what Colbert is saying so they are not tuning in that's his fault not Trump's.

Colbert got canceled for criticizing Trump making Paramount/CBS kiss butt in order to approve their deal. Trump not only loaded about this, he said Kimmel was next. And he was, until ABC's viewership revolted. Trump's approval is one thing, having no viewership is a whole other beastie,,,
