They aren't simply ignorant. They are constantly lied to and woefully misinformed.

That is their choice, with everything that has come out about what the demonrat party has done, no sane person can still support it.

But it's worse than that. They just turn on the "news" and implicitly trust everything that comes out of the pundit's mouth. There is a severe lack of critical thinking skills, and even memory of what happened and what was said merely a few months ago. This, we can blame on a number of things.. parenting, miss poor schooling, the distraction of tv and social media, even genetics...

But I think my point still stands. They are MISINFORMED, largely due to bad actors in our government and the elites who buy them out. Sadly isn't so much a choice, but decades of social engineering.

I see your point, but the mass exodus from the demonrat party is proof that some did retain critical thinking skills. I also think my point remains valid, the ones remaining in the party are ignorant by choice. Two things can be true at the same time
