He has to charge higher prices to make up the lack of fans going to his concerts.

He's pissing away all that money his family made throughout the generations. . .and it wasn't made through honest effort either. . .

His net worth is now around $1.2 BILLION.

He sold his songwriting catalog to Sony for a reported $500–$600 million.

And he still has a raisin sack big enough to gouge his (in my case, former) loyal fans.

Why?

IF... IF his values are as he claims, he could tour the entire world, charging ZERO dollars, so the hard working people he claims to care about could finally afford to see him in concert.

I would like to ask the roughly 27 year old Bruce Springsteen, who fought for control of his own music after the release of Born to Run, if that fight was worth it. But the half a billion dollar price tag that Sony paid pretty much answers that question. Personally, I do not begrudge him doing that, since I'm a capitalist.

But...

Even by his own pathetic and situational ethics, he's a 100% total sell out. Hopefully the 27 year old Bruce Springsteen would agree that the greed on full display by the 76 year old (former) Boss is a sad and pathetic display put on by someone pretty much out of touch with his (mostly former) fan base.
